After being super committed from Feb-April (cycling 30-35km/day 5 days a week), I fell off the wagon hard. I spent May and June in Guatemala where (insert excuses) I slacked off and enjoyed too much of the good life. I'm now in Scotland and able to see the damage done: a 12 lb gain. Still, considering the lifestyle change, that's not as bad as I had thought. And now I aim to become healthier again. With no regrets and some fond memories! Onwards!!
