I am skinny fat. BMI is good, and even a little on the low side, but body fat % is too high. I'm trying a mix of cardio and weights. I did 2 weights training sessions this week and my abs hurt like crazy! Will I ever stop being sore? I'm hoping that this is just cause I'm starting out.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
