FINALLY SEEING RESULTS! 1500 Calories a day and increased my treadmill workout by another 10 minutes. So now I am working out for an hour (2-3 days a week)on the treadmill, except on Monday when I do 1.5 hours and Tuesday when I also do Yoga for an additional hour. Plus drinking two protein shakes a day, sticking to one good but healthy dinner a day (usually high on protein and vegetables), and 2-3 light snacks a day...all totalling approx. 1500 cals.
I took my measurements and compared them to some previous results and although I have been working out for 4 weeks and not seeing results on the scale...I now know that I DEFINITELY lost inches. I could feel it in my clothes, but not seeing it on the scale was frustrating! Thankfully I have a supportive husband who kept telling me how good I was looking and never let me give up.
