This is an average of my weight from the last weigh-in, and I'm actually surprised its not worse.
I spent the weekend visiting my father in VA, creating a situation with poor eating choices and ten hours spent in the car (ten hours where I lost exercise time). It was a good visit, though.
TOM is next week, so hopefully part of this is water retention.
