Treadmill....30 mins...4.0 mph..Incline..14
Elliptical...30 mins....
Water Jogging...60 mins

Little Weigh training for my arms...10 mins

Hope everyone is having a good evening...and you all are doing some type of activity...

Wow can i have your energy levels?? How do you find the time?? my workout last night was a trip to my massage therapist.
