8777 steps yesterday - most of them "shopping at Walmart" steps but they are steps and I am counting them. :)
I really need to pay closer attention to my food intake. YIKES!!! Even though I am attempting to make healthy choices when I go out to eat my overall intake is slowly rising and rising and rising. I need to get a handle on that before my eating is totally out of hand AGAIN!!!
I brought my lunch to work today and will be eating it! Not running to the Square to pick something up. Supper is half made so I have no excuses for not sticking to my food plan.
Weigh in tomorrow.
