210 is a welcome milestone because I used to think of that as my max. Of course I wouldn't be here if I hadn't gone up to 217 over the last year or more. It's just that I didn't weigh myself very often and in the past I would start to really try to lose weight when I hit 210. So I feel good going forward with 200 as the next big milestone on my way to 190. I know the last few pounds are the worst; that's when I start to "reward" myself with all the things I'm forgoing now. But that's a challenge way in the future. One day at a time.
