My 4th of July was ho hum. I am on a guilt trip for eating everything in sight. It rained all day and I didn't want to go and sit our in the wet grass and watch the fireworks. It rained today also. Talk about raining on your parade! My diet went a lot better today. I think I was eating out of boredom. You would think by this time having dieted for a good 3 years I would know how to avoid those situations. I need to get on a roll and stick with my plan.
