No bounce up yet on the weight from the cake last week, and the ongoing figs. Clothes fitting looser, so suspecting and hoping I am trading fat for new muscle. I've been walking and moving a lot more now. 18's definitely no longer fit - they fall to the ground with inches of extra space - and I am having to take in the waistband on some of the 16P's.
