Very stressful weekend. Stayed on plan until Saturday am, then gave in to it. Went out of town to pack my Mother-laws house up. What I put in my mouth became secondary to the task at hand. Skipped meals and made up for it with poor choices due to it being easier. Gained 3lbs. Back to plan this am. Did better on the elyptical than last week. Not longer, but increased my speed!! Onward thru the fog.....
