As I continue on this lifstyle change I realize that I am not always going to be able to record everything I eat and all the exercise I do. I have begun to wean myself of of recording my food intake as long as I maintain or continue to lose weight. If I notice that the weight is creeping back on then I will begin to record again but I am ready to take on the responsibility of smaller protions and healthy choices. 2 more pounds and I will be at a number I have not seen in 8 years...pre-baby weight. So excited to pull out that bikini this summer and rock it!
