OMG! Had company over the w/e and they brought FUDGE! Three Flavors! and my Daughter bought a chocolate silk pie. I'm done as of 6 pm tonight, no more. I am working out a little more and my knee seems better. Miraculously my weight is stable past 2 days. I am dreading stepping on the scale tomorrow and will work out tonight on elliptical.
