So, I have decided to create a small goal. I would like to lose 30 lbs by June 7, 2012 which will be a total of 85 lb loss in 1 year.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 February 2012:
1161 kcal Fat: 21.10g | Prot: 71.42g | Carb: 173.29g.   Breakfast: Special K Original Cereal, 1% Fat Milk, Great Value Fat Free Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: Oranges, 100% Stone Ground Wheat Bread, Low Fat Mayonaise, Premium Albacore Tuna in Water. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Brown Sugar, Acorn Winter Squash, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Snacks/Other: Cool Whip Fat Free, Chocolate Graham Crackers, Creamy Peanut Butter, Light Fat Free Boston Creme Pie Yogurt. more...
