shattered. ladies and gents, this is what happens when u have wine, pizza and no gym for three days. grrrrrrrrrrr. so mad at myself!! now i have to do last week over :(
128.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
