So tomorrow is weight in day and I'm a little nervous. I had to restrict myself from weighing in too much. I had gotten to the point where I was on the scale several times a day and it was driving me crazy, so to curb the madness of my mind I have decided to weigh in every two weeks. The last time I weighed in I was a little unsure of my actual weight since in had fluctuated nearly 4lbs in a matter of days, so it was somewhere between 174 & 178 of course I'm hoping it was more towards 174.
However, I know that if my weight tomorrow is 174 or more or even 173 I will more than likely be disappointed since I feel that I have been working hard towards my weight loss.
