I forgot to weigh myself yesterday. I had an early wake up and was in a rush to get to my outing for my Grandmothers Birthday. I was pretty happy with my eating for the occassion. I stuck to my proteins and avoided the carbs and fatty foods. I have been a little slack with the eating lately so today is the start of getting back into it. I have to do it now before I lose motivation all together
