Today hads be one heck of a day....Worked out...
Treadmill....30 mins...14 incline...4.0 mph
Elliptical...30 mins...
Water Jogging...60 mins

Cleaned House...put up Xmas Decorations(inside and outside)

You are my HERO!!!!! I wish I had energy like you. If I did all that I would fall over dead. Lets just pray that soon I will be able to do more and more and more....lol
