I was 165 b4 camping 6/23/17. Came back Monday 6/26/17 weighed myself 6/27 & 6/28 167. Today 6/30 165. I lost a total of 15lbs from June 1 starting the Korean tea diet that Liezl, Jean, Melissa, Frances, and Liz. MD said no dinner for me cuz yesterday 6/29 to get more tea I was 13lbs according to his scale. Now im back to 2 meals strict again! If I paid $400 June and $440 for July since it is 3 times a day initially it was 2X for 3 weeks 3X 1 week but didn't take it 3X camping. Lets c what happens Cancun 1 week vaca 7/8-15
