116.4LBS YEPPIE! THEN THE WORKOUT!
have to stop the madness, sugar has taken control & I got to get it back! Going to spend 5 minutes thinking about what I am going to eat BEFORE I eat it, hopefully it will help me make the right choices & avoid the enemy! Eating my chicken vegetable soup for the next week, & making sure I eat the following foods daily. 1oz of walnuts 1/2 cup cottage cheese, strawberries, atkins bar when needed with 1 cup almond milk, 1oz full fat cheese, liquid fish oil, to be continued....
