So today is going ok, I unfortunately didn't make it to the gym last night due to some lower back and abdominal pain I was suffering with. I will be going today though for sure.
I saw my docotor today and have decided to try out an appetite supressant medication to get me over the hump and help me stay focused in these first few months. Hopefully it will offer the assistance I need to not over eat.
