That's a great idea. If I could lick the kitchen behind a door I would be fine. But since I can't , you can actually enter from 2 sides, I often wonder in there and open cabinets and the frig and freezer, looking...
if I put "reminders", " whys", maybe that will help to stay out, eat something needlessly.
