I have learned that the way to beat my stress is to be grateful...so right now...I am grateful...
I am doing very well today, in good spirits and I have a crazy week ahead of me...which I love...it feels great to actually be doing something with my life. I now have a purpose...it's even better to be able to share my new life with all of you! You guys are so supportive!
I have to work a short day today 11-3, then I have finals all this week and next week...I have an activity to go to at my college for one of my classes...so it's been a hectic day already! Hahaha well just wanted to check in and say hi! I hope everyone has a great day!

Good Advice!! Staying busy will also keep your mind busy and not on food! I've noticed that when I am running around a lot... the thought of food rarely crosses my mind, unless of course, I'm "really" hungry!
