Ok, I should really get consistent with my weighing. Was 210lbs when I woke up this AM, but was 209 after the Ak Club last night and the steam room. Should I weigh in 1st thing in the AM or take my lowest weight for the day after a workout?
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
