Morning exercise

Bodyrock: why stop now,hot fitness workout
Bike: 30 min, 7 resistance, 15-16 mph


I am so sore from the last two days workouts. My arms and shoulders are sore. Even my feet hurt!
Going to try and focus today on eating healthy between meals. I do a pretty good job at my regular meals it's just the snacking that I need to control and pick better foods for me.
My husband went to the store ( always a bad thing ) and he was tring to find a gluten free snack for me and he said he could not find anthing but the ice cream snickers. Yes, you read that right.
So, instead of getting one he bought the whole box and I have no control over a snickers ice cream bar, they are just to yummy!
Can't wait till they are gone and it is no longer calling my name, hehe.

Joe is a riot, Sarah. Whole Foods has a bunch of gluten free snacks. I got some sesame pretzel rings by Glutino and some 5 seed Tellicherry cracked pepper crackers made with organic corn from RW Garcia. Theyre a little addictive though, as well. Good work on the exercise. Hope the soreness goes away soon.
