I'm feelin' pretty good. Accomplished quite a bit at the gym today, I'm super proud of the improvements that I can already feel within the week of working out.
Stamina/endurance is slightly increased. Weight training is getting a bit easier, as well as the abdominal workouts.
Next gym session, I'm going to hike up the intensity a bit. Push myself just a little bit further.
Considering I haven't slept yet, I'm going to lay in bed and attempt to do so.
