So I had a migraine on Friday, and TOM came. So that made a whole lot of things make more sense. Back on the straight and narrow with the diet. Doing quite well with it actually. Chipotle has been my saving grace a couple times, and I had to have Tyson make a run to Kroger to get a couple things when the sugar cravings were out of control, but I am in good shape now. No cravings, not even particularly hungry. Went into hibernation mode for a couple days. Binged on TV shows, but that was ok. Ready to get back to normal routines now.
Saw the doctor this morning and he went ahead and prescribed an antibiotic in case there is a sinus infection going on and said I should stay on the meds I am on indefinitely. I feel pretty good about that as there seems to be significant improvement in general. Also, I bought some Atkins emergency snacks for busy days or days when I am having a difficult time, and I think that will be particularly helpful when I am having a rotten day like Sunday was when I can't seem to shake the cravings. All in all doing fantastically well. Down a total of 8 lbs!
