Although I have been eating alot more veggies with my meals(or as my meals)my main problems still remain the same: alcohol intake and eating to close to bedtime.
On average I go to bed around 10:15- So technically I need to be done with all eating by 7:15. New goal.
As far as alcohol? Drinking less is the obvious goal, but also finding low calorie drinks could help too....
