Back at work for the 1st day since I started this....NOT GOOD...For some reason I seem to want to eat more while at work. Plus side though I drank about 2L of water..Did my walk for the challenge. Girl at work brougt in Mcdonalds and I could smell it...It smelt so good..Haven't had fast food in a week....Hopefully I can keep i up
