I was really lucky esp by judging by my food for today. i wasnt feeling so hot so i had chicken and rice for lunch. really high in sodium. i worked out today but i chickened out on spin and opted for zumba instead.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
