Today I worked on Chest, and Triceps
10min level one Tread-Mill
110lbs plus bar on bench press
90lbs incline
20lbs chest hugs
12kilos resitances chest dips

tricep 20lbs, 15lbs pull back
tricep pull down 10, 9, 8 kilo
tricep triangle pull down 10, 9, 8 kilos
