This is my very first time being on FatSecret! I'm excited to hopefully achieve my goals and begin to live more of a healthy lifestyle. I LOVE food, and need to find a way to crave healthier foods and build up my willpower!

Dont know if it will help you but make eating become Boring, if you eat for fun, like I used to, do something else instead. Eat boring foods and make eating just something you have to do. If you have to eat the same thing everyday. Good Luck My Friend and Ill See you at the finish line.
