Darrell, remember that muscles weigh more than fat, so this is probably why the scales arent showing a weight loss. Your best bet is probably to use your clothes or a tape measurer as an indication of whether you are losing body mass or not, no the scales.
Also, remember that muscles burn more calories than fat does, so keep working out at the gym, keep building muscle, and that muscle will help burn your fat away, even when you aren't doing anything.
