Made 25 minutes on the elyptical this am. 11.51 miles and 215 calories burned. Good start. Will try to stay motivated as the weight is still stuck. Keep bouncing back and forth 129 and 130. Where is my induction quick weight loss? This is the second week and still no major loss. Drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily usually closer to 72oz.

I think induction quick weight loss happens mostly for younger women and for men. :( But as the turtle said, slow and steady wins the race. I love the saddle tooling on your icon! Thanks for the friend invite.

I agree with Rowanfair. I have also noticed that the less weight you have to lose, the slower you lose it. You only have a small amount to lose. Try to focus on eating better and exercising as steps to being healthier with weight loss as a very nice side effect!
