February 21st, 2012: Day ONE:
Well, here's to the beginning. It's 12:40am, and I'm feelin' okay so far. 15 days cigarette-free, and 4 days alcohol free. Currently sitting on 168.0lbs.
Starting back up at the gym on Wednesday. 6am workouts, 5 times a week(alternating cardio with legs/arms/abs). Along with the gym, I've planned on busting out the WiiFit(calories burned, are calories burned) and also the stationary bicycle I have in my basement.
5'4, 168.0lbs(76.2kg), BMI: 28.8.
