Well just as I had feared, this weekend was full of ignoring my good eating habits, cocktails, and very little exercise. I am back up again, but determining whether it is water weight or actual weight, will be tomorrow's task. Unfortunately I can fluxuate as much as 5 pounds day to day. This is something that has plagued me since I was pregnant with my daughter. It can be really discouraging to see the scale jump that much. And to top it off, my bootcamp buddy isn't feeling well and has bailed on me for the day. I was thinking that I could go to the gym and get in on the Monday evening spin class, but my house is such a mess and I am behind in my school work for the class I am taking this semester so I haven't decided what I am going to do quite yet. Even though I will feel guilty, I think the best idea is going home, cooking a good, healthy dinner and taking care of my domestic responsibilities. When my house is in disaray, so is my whole life..... I really cannot wait until my life is less chaotic. I know, wishfull thinking, right? But I am really hoping that when my finace is with me full time, that the weekends won't feel so much like vacations and I won't have to scramble to pick up the pieces (or mess) during the week. Hope everyone else had a good weekend.

This is the most difficult thing to get figured out, how do you live your life and still stick to a diet and excercise routine. It takes time and practice to figure out what works best for you. Its great that you are not letting this little set back discourage you.

I totally hear you - when my house is a mess, it's hard for me to focus on much else and it makes me feel like my whole life is disorganized... I've got to start getting in a better cleaning routine!! Hope the scale treats you well tomorrow!
