I feel very encouraged seeing the scale closer to the 170 mark than the 180 mark.

I am doing it!

My friend said my scale is reading WAY higher than it should, which means I may even weigh less than I think!! But since I'm not sure, I'll stick with what I have for now.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
