Me and mom just went to the store. We're preparing for out diet, starting 6/19/2017. We bought ingredients for salads, and we bought a frozen fruit and vegetable blend for smoothies! We're hoping to sneak some vegetables in my brothers food (He hates veggies), too, even though he's not dieting with us.
