I was cleaning out my storage and looked threw all my beautiful skinny clothes I used to wear 5 yrs. ago. I thought what a waste!
I decided at that moment today was the day I would start to eat healthier in order to get back to that skinny person. My goal is to loose 135#'s. I know it sounds like a lot. But if I break it down into 25# chunks I can deal with it.
I remember how I loved to wear skirts and dresses and heels instead of the old shirts and fat pants. I remember smiling and feeling so good about myself.
