I did it today - I stepped up my workout! I increased the resistance on the elliptical trainer, and I jogged part of the laps I usually walk. It felt great! I have never done that before. I really feel I am making progress. I will stick with this for a while, and then eventually I'll be able to jog two laps together, which will be awesome. I'd really like to be able to jog, it would be such an accomplishment. There's a two mile race coming up in May, that my cousin tries to get me to do every year. Wouldn't it be phenomenal to take her up on it this year? I don't want to put too much pressure on myself but I am very excited I took these steps today.
