Welp I'm back to 140lbs not really a surprise to me since I fluctuate between 140lbs - 150lbs. What is a surprise though is that I'm leaning out do to the carb cycling and healthy meal preps with the occasional treat day or days haha. Also I believe my new workout 4 day split workout has a lot to do with it as well. 2 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off with tons on compound lifts. By Tuesday I'll be back to 146lbs - 150lbs and by Sat I'll be back down to 140lbs the struggle is real lol.
