Very Surprised after coming home from Gym Yesterday and weighing myself down a few pounds & its still down this Morning. Making myself eat something for dinner even tho its late, and adding small snacks in between meals could be part of it not sure... I think it was'z because I haven't been very Regular.. You know in the Bathroom. :) sense I started this Diet. Seems Like my pattern for the last couple of weeks has been stay the same or up a pound or 2 during the week and then a Big Drop over the Weekend
