What a struggle I've had. I still haven't started doing any real exercise, just trying to walk a little more outside. Counting my steps with Fitbit and trying to reach m daily goal. Hope to start excising this week coming.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
