Wow, I can't believe I've lost 17 lbs in 2.5 months. I'm feeling better than ever, breathing better exercising better and I'm not snoring anymore at night. Went to pick up my wife at the train station 2 days ago. She saw me standing outside my car and didn't recognize me...saying she thought some much younger man (college aged kid) was standing next to my car..I'm 51! Anyway, this last goal 180 lbs to 175 lbs took longer to achieve than the first couple. It's actually tracking more normally to the 1 lbs loss/week as Fat Secret prescribes. On to 170 lbs!
