Muscles aching a little bit this Morning especially my right Knee... From all the Recent Activity n the Gym I'm sure... Have a Headache again seems to getting to be a Daily affair now... make note to ask Coach about that. Very Bright out Today Suns Shining thinking about going down to the Park walking round the lake..... Need a few more degree's on the Temperature tho. Over all Feeling Pretty Good & Weight seems to be Heading in the right direction :)
