Tastier does not mean fattier... tips: 1) Add garlic powder, cayenne pepper, turmeric powder or other spices to make meat or veggies more tasty without adding fat and extra-calories. 2) Use cinnamon to make your coffee sweet. This way you do not need to use sugar, so you'll have less carbs and higher chanche of a successful diet. 3) Bored of having plain low fat yogurt? Add a tablespoon of espresso (no sugar added) or a pinch of cinnamon; you'll have a tastier snack without adding calories. 4) Not satisfied with your low fat snack? Add a kiwi or an apple cut in small pieces to your yogurt: your calories extra intake is just 50/100 kcal and your stomach will feel full for longer time than when you just have plain yogurt. 5) Make a sugar-free (chemical-free) "soda" yourself: Use sparkling water and add lemon juice or whatever flavour you like. This way you cut down your daily sugar intake.
