Well, Breakfast is done! Sausage quiche. Leftovers are a blessing!! I like to make a bunch of food on Sunday's for lunches for the week. Hmmm, what is next? Oh yeah, stuffed mushrooms! Maybe I'll tackle a soup. Califlower, bacon, onions, celery, green beens, and probably cheese. Yeah that sounds good. I have beanless chili in the freezer, so that'll be a good plan! Made some of those ooopsi buns, gonna try toasting them and have hamburgers, OMG, they will work for sopping up my over easy eggs for breakfast tomorrow! :)
I wish I would've done this journeling when I started atkins!!!
