Sluggish today. Wanted to have coffee fully loaded this am but didn't. Just black. It is really hard to diet with one's husband. Men always lose faster and sometimes that is discouraging. It is 7:45p. Not long till bed. I will be glad. Tomorrow is another day and it will be better. Just keep me away from the cocoa puffs till bedtime!!!
