OMG Why are my net carbs so much? Heck I can't eat anything then..

Just looking at what you ate, there are carbs in everything except the lettuce. Most of them are good carbs like the ones from the fruits and whole grain rice although you should try and stay away from juices because they have a lot more calories without the benefit of the fiber that the whole fruit has. It looks like you are in P2 of SB. All in for "low carb" you should try to stick with less than net carbs of 125, so you did OK. 880 calories is really too low a count, and you should try and get a minimum of 1200. Also it appears as if you skipped breakfast AND lunch! You have to eat at least 3 MEALS a day with two small snacks...it helps to keep you metabolism up otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and retains every calorie as fat! The only reason I didnt have brkfast or lunch was I was at a CPR class, so I was snacking. But thanks for the info.
