I don't know how well this will work, but I need something to help me keep going.
I guess I should share my history a bit. I have been fighting my weight for the last 17 years, and last September I decided that hell or high water I am going to loose this weight. My starting weight was 413.3 pounds, I have managed to drop down to 356. I joined Gold's Gym in my area and I have a personal trainer that I work with once a week.
I just feel that I have hit a wall and I need to gain my focus and motivation back.
