Did 50 mins. today. Walked to the post office, then the Dunkin Donuts(multi-grain bagel w/reduce-fat cheese(dairy)& OJ),then back home. Meals: Above for Breakfast. and Green Tea. Aldi's Chef's Choice Bean Soup(more fiber)and a glass of Zimf., more OJ(fruit) for Lonch. Then Italian Sausage & Pepper Trio Artisan Pizza from Domino's (minus 1 slice-hubby),Jell-O Chocolate Pudding cup w/ a squirt of Reddi-wip for Dinner. See what tomorrow brings????? ; )
